1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Salah Home mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Salah Home is a prayer tracking application that helps users log their five daily prayers, build streaks and consistency, earn a virtual currency ("Dates"), and use that currency to unlock decorative items for a virtual home ("Salah Home").

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated systems to access or manipulate the App, including its rewards system

5. Virtual Currency and Purchases

Dates are a virtual currency earned by completing prayers within the App and have no real-world monetary value. Dates cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside of the App.

The App may offer an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, and can be managed in your Apple ID account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, text, and underlying code, is owned by Salah Home and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Salah Home is a personal habit-tracking tool and does not provide religious guidance or rulings; consult a qualified religious authority for such matters. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salah Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
